Players’ Feedback and Experience with Ruby Slots Casino App
Customer reviews are important to an online casino’s reputation. Reviews from real players are also a valuable source of information, which is why we always consider what casino fans say about a given online casino brand. As with most web-based casinos, opinions about Ruby Slots are mixed. At the time of writing, Ruby Slots has no Trustpilot profile. At AskGamblers, the brand has received feedback from 27 players. Unfortunately, Ruby Slots’ current rating on AskGamblers is rather low.
Most negative reviews come from players who said they had to wait months to receive payouts. Some casino enthusiasts also criticized the casino’s customer support, claiming that the agents were hostile and did not help resolve their problems. As a result, some review sites have blacklisted Ruby Slots.
Despite the negative comments, Ruby Slots has some appealing features. Some AskGamblers users praise the web-based casino for offering a good assortment of games. Others appreciate the generous promotions available.

The range of themes is impressive, so you are unlikely to run out of gaming options.
The only drawback is that the mobile casino’s slot selection has few 3-reel games. We found only one such title, Sparky 7. On the plus side, there are plenty of adventure-themed slots, including Lucha Libre 2, Secret Jungle, Storm Lords, IC Wins, and Dr. Winmore.

Ruby Slots Casino App Device Compatibility
One advantage of Ruby Slots is that it caters to both desktop and mobile casino enthusiasts. If you are constantly on the go, you can still enjoy a convenient gambling experience because Ruby Slots works smoothly on a broad range of portable devices. At the moment, mobile players can access the gambling site only through a browser-based app. However, the lack of a dedicated app is not necessarily a disadvantage because the casino’s in-browser app retains the functionality of the desktop site.
Ruby Slots Casino’s in-browser app offers additional convenience because you do not need to download and install a separate app. The browser-based app also helps you save space on your portable device. Whether your device runs on Android, iOS, or Windows, you can enjoy a smooth gambling experience anytime and anywhere, provided that you have a stable internet connection.
We used an Android smartphone to test the mobile casino and its games. Based on our experience, the mobile casino is easy to use, and the games load quickly. Moreover, the games adapt well to different screen sizes and resolutions.

Cashing Out Winnings at Ruby Slots Casino
Although the mobile casino offers only a few withdrawal methods, they are among the most trusted options. The Ruby Slots Casino app lets players cash out through Bitcoin, bank wire, or bank checks. Bitcoin is our preferred choice because it has the lowest minimum withdrawal at $100 and delivers funds within 24 hours after casino approval.
The app also caters to players who prefer traditional bank-based options. You can withdraw by bank wire with a minimum of $200, while bank checks require a minimum withdrawal of $300.
Withdrawals made by bank wire or check are subject to a processing fee of up to $40. Moreover, these transactions can take up to 8 business days to clear, meaning that you may wait nearly 20 business days in total when the 10-day pending period is included. Note that checks must be deposited into your bank account rather than cashed.
Regardless of the method, the maximum withdrawal is $2,500 per week. If you have an active bonus, you will only be able to cash out an amount that exceeds the combined value of your deposit and bonus. For your first withdrawal at Ruby Slots Casino, you must also submit a government-issued ID and proof of address for verification.
