| Updated: Playtech-powered casinos let you enjoy a simplified version of one of the world’s favorite games of chance. Roulette Scratch is a scratch card loosely inspired by the iconic roulette wheel. You can win up to $100,000, an impressive top prize for a scratch card.
Interface and Bet Types
Roulette Scratch features simple gameplay and an interface that is easy to navigate, even if you have no previous experience with this type of game. It features a wheel with a single zero and 37 pockets numbered from 0 to 36.
The game screen is divided into two main sections. The wheel appears on the left, while the right side contains the scratch card, with sections you need to scratch to reveal the prizes hidden underneath. The game controls are located below.
Players can adjust the size of their wagers using the plus and minus buttons in the lower-left corner of the screen. Roulette Scratch supports bets from $0.50 to $10 per round. If luck is not on your side, you can use up to three shuffles to change your current scratch card.
The game also includes an Autoplay feature that allows you to automatically play up to 99 consecutive games. Roulette Scratch awards payouts for individual numbers only, and the exact amount you win when your number hits can vary.
Distinctive Traits and Features
Roulette Scratch combines scratch-card mechanics with roulette-inspired gameplay. You have the chance to play up to five games per round. One interesting twist is that you cannot initially see the numbers on the roulette wheel.
Once you place a bet and start a round, click the scratch sections on the right side of the screen to reveal your lucky numbers. You can uncover one hidden section at a time or scratch them all at once using the designated button.
The first column contains numbers from the roulette wheel, while the second column displays the corresponding prizes. After revealing the numbers, you must scratch the surface of the roulette wheel. If the ball lands on one of the numbers on your scratch card, you receive the prize shown next to the winning number.
Wrap-Up
Roulette Scratch is a simple instant-win game from Playtech with a top prize of $100,000 and an average player return of 95%. This results in a lower house edge than that of traditional double-zero variants of the classic game. You can try it for free or sign up and deposit at a Playtech casino to play for real money.
